Leadership Opportunity for Operations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee the in-country delivery of our India strategy, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment across three entities.

This role will be based in Bengaluru office, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on-site presence.

About You:

  • Prior experience as an operational leader in India, preferably within a professional membership body or association
  • Demonstrated expertise in governance, compliance, and HR practices
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of managing profit and loss statements
  • Able to drive business strategy with agility and warmth, while upholding high standards of professionalism
  • Line management experience with the gravitas to lead national delivery teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as a legal representative and Director for all Indian entities, ensuring adherence to local laws and internal policies
  • Oversee budgeting, team management, financial planning, and reporting across all business units
  • Lead and develop the Bengaluru-based team; mentor managers and foster a high-performance culture
  • Drive mission-led strategy focused on professional development, engineering excellence, and social impact
  • Liaise with international teams to ensure operational alignment
  • Represent the organisation with confidence in legal, governance, and business forums
