Assistant Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Assistant Finance Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial operations.

  • Responsibilities include managing accounts payable, receivable, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compliance with statutory requirements is essential, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Auditor queries and internal audits require preparation of necessary documentation and support.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes are crucial.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
  • Excellent Excel skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Background:

  • Candidates from an accounting or finance-focused academic background.
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Exposure to corporate or mid-sized business finance functions.
