About the Role
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including events, networking, and referrals.
  • Presentation and deal closure with HNIs, leveraging your expertise and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Help the founder develop a sales motion, sales process, and marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  2. Organize events, such as networking dinners, art exhibitions, and competitions, to build relationships and generate leads.
  3. Manage the sales funnel and deliver weekly reports to the team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of four years of experience in private banking or wealth banking sales with a major private bank or selling products/services to HNIs in Delhi NCR.
  • Impeccable professionalism, high energy levels, organized, strong ethics, and integrity.
  • Familiarity with technology and business applications, including CRMs and PowerPoint.
  • Highly groomed, fit, and presentable.
