Job Title

A highly skilled Litigation Specialist is required to represent clients in complex patent disputes.

  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts, utilizing strong technical expertise in electronics, computer science, or IT, and proven litigation experience before courts.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, requiring excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support, working effectively as part of a team.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules, remaining current on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, demonstrating strong academic achievement.
  • Admission to the Bar in [state/country] and in good standing, possessing excellent professional credentials.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures, with a deep understanding of relevant statutes and regulations.
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
