Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing marketing campaign spend, conducting variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the global marketing organization
  • Analyze marketing campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights
  • Partner with senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies
  • Presentation of financial performance and trends to stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba
  • Process improvement and automation across marketing finance workflows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing finance function
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, MBA, M.Com preferred)
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Indian GAAP and local financial regulations
