Job Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will serve as an interface between the finance function and controllership teams, closing management information systems and optimizing costs of various functions.

They will provide real-time analysis and influence strategic decision making based on financial performance and planning.

  2. Developing a deep understanding of the business, cost drivers, and other functions through data-driven trend analysis for operational metrics.">
  3. Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones with a focus on governance & cost leakage.">
  4. Preparing, managing, and publishing business scorecards and management information systems.">
  5. Reconciling management information systems and book of accounts to close Monthly MIS.">
  6. Stakeholder Management and working closely with Controllership and Business Finance teams.">
  7. Ensuring weekly dashboards are completed for weekly and monthly reviews.">
  8. Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as required.">
Requirements
  1. ">
  2. 0-2 years of experience post CA (CA qualification is mandatory)">
  3. Strong Excel/Google Sheet Skills and good business acumen">
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams">
  5. Strong Financial modeling and PowerPoint skills">
  6. Previous experience in FP&A is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred">
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills">
  8. Knowledge of SQL would be a plus">
