Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will handle a diverse array of tasks, blending financial management, HR administration, and day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution across multiple geographies.

  • Financial Management:
    • Procure and organize invoices in a timely manner.
    • Record expenses accurately under relevant heads.
    • Prepare comprehensive project-wise P&L statements for informed decision-making.
    • Provide clear financial snapshots for all markets and projects.
  • HR Administration:
    • Draft and issue offer letters as per company guidelines.
    • Process monthly salary payouts with precision.
    • Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable.
    • Support basic HR operations, including personnel management.
  • Operational Support:
    • Manage travel bookings and logistics efficiently.
    • Oversee paperwork and documentation processes.
    • Maintain accurate records through meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • A background in finance, accounts, or business administration is essential.
  • Comfort with basic payroll processes and compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace applications (spreadsheets, documents, etc.).
