Technical Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Technical Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

  • Lead a team of technical experts to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Ensure that all technical work is done in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that technical work aligns with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement technical strategies and solutions.
  • Experience working with Cloud technologies, such as Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible and Jenkins.
