US Engineering Team Lead Position

About the Role:
This is a leadership position in US Engineering Recruitment where you will oversee a team of recruiters and ensure performance targets are consistently met. Your role will involve end-to-end recruitment for various engineering roles across multiple clients and industries.
- Lead and manage a team of US Engineering Recruiters to meet performance targets
- Drive recruitment efforts for US-based Engineering roles (W2, C2C, 1099) across multiple clients and industries
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Evaluate daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
Necessary Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Detailed understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
- Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
