Job Title: AI/ML Team Leader

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead our AI/ML team and drive innovation in machine learning model development. As an AI/ML Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of AI/ML models, designing efficient data preparation pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into product development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers in developing and deploying AI/ML models using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Design and implement efficient data preparation pipelines for large-scale datasets.
  • Develop and train ML models to solve complex problems in various domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions into product development.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML and Data Science.
  • Leadership experience as tech or team lead (2+ Years).
  • Strong knowledge of Python, cloud infrastructure, and containerization.
  • Good working knowledge of ML-Ops Principles.

Theoretical Knowledge:

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs).
  • Neural Networks.
  • Topic Modelling and Clustering.
  • Time Series Analysis (TSA), including anomaly detection, trend analysis, and forecasting.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or demonstrable experience.
  • A strong passion for AI/ML and Data Science.
  • Able to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI/ML.
