About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and build intelligent systems that combine data, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs) to power real-world applications. You will work on designing, training, and deploying models that deliver insights, recommendations, and tailored outputs for end users.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building practical AI features, moving quickly from prototype to production, and continuously improving systems with user feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for ranking, scoring, and recommendations.
  • Design and implement NLP/LLM-powered features such as text generation, summarization, and contextual insights.
  • Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) into product workflows and optimize for cost/performance.
  • Build pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and enrichment to ensure high-quality training and inference.
  • Implement semantic search and vector-based matching systems using embeddings and vector databases.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models to improve accuracy and adapt to new data.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI functionality into user-facing applications.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with API integrations.
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn .
  • Hands-on experience with NLP/LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, fine-tuning).
  • Knowledge of vector search technologies (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Elasticsearch).
  • Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and ETL/data pipelines.
  • Experience deploying models in production (REST APIs, Docker, cloud services).
  • Strong understanding of applied ML: model evaluation, monitoring, and iteration.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience building recommendation systems or semantic matching engines.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning or feedback-driven model improvement.
  • Cloud ML experience (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  • Background in SaaS or B2B platforms with data-driven features.
