Job Title: Data Insights Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics including scoping, planning, and delivery.
  • Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.
  • Oversee development of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative or business-related field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management.
  • 6+ years experience in US Pharma consulting with strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
