As a key member of our team, the Business Intelligence Specialist plays a pivotal role in uncovering insights from data to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Infrastructure & Management

  • Maintain and enhance internal data warehouses and reporting systems.
  • Write optimized SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Design and manage data pipelines ensuring high-quality data.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Develop compelling dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Create customizable templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking.

Product & Behavioral Analytics

  • Manage and configure tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude effectively.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking for user actions and product features.

Attribution & Campaign Tracking

  • Ensure precise attribution using UTM parameters and campaign data.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to validate attribution metrics.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to define data needs.
  • Build intuitive guides and tools that facilitate access to and understanding of data.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficient in SQL with experience optimizing queries and data models.
  • Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters).
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
  • Experience in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams.
