Role Overview:This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analytics Associate Manager based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Manager will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions, creating data visualizations, and developing analytics models. This includes collecting and processing large datasets, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support business strategies and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying trends and patterns in complex data sets
- Developing and implementing effective data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Creating strategic recommendations to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Proficiency in statistics and data visualization techniques
- Ability to generate insightful recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proficient in using data analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is highly valued
- Strong communication skills to present findings to various stakeholders
