Job Title: Deal Execution Manager

Bengaluru, India

EMR Vertical

The Deal Execution Manager is a key role in supporting the Sales team to solve complex, multi-service line or large deals in the Americas region for the EMR Vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • RFP Management
    • Pursue and win multi-service line deals exceeding 10 million dollars.
    • Create a comprehensive Deal Summary and Win Strategy with inputs from Sales & Marketing Unit (SMU) and Global Business Leadership (GBL) leaders.
    • Onboard practice and solutions resources with the assistance of GBL leaders.
    • Anchor and lead end-to-end solutions process for pursuits – collaborating with GBL/Practice SMEs and Marketing teams.
    • Project manage the entire bid; track and publish Risk, Action, and Governance (RAG) and risks; take corrective action.
    • Ensure timely submission while maintaining high quality and adhering to processes.
  • Solution Integration
    • Own the overall integrated solution as the Sales & Marketing Unit Strategic Point of Contact (SPoC), collaborating with GBL sales, practice, delivery, and domain consultants to craft the solution.
    • Develop compelling solution storyboards with inputs from all stakeholders.
    • Probe customers to gather necessary clarifications.
    • Be accountable for completing the integrated solution. Collaborate across Wipro to provide the most competitive solution.
    • Curate, customize, and optimize content to align with customer requirements.
    • Align final solution architecture (including Statement of Work, schedules, and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions.
