Job Description

A Language Coordinator is responsible for organizing arrangements for the delivery of training programs, events, and workshops. This role involves coordinating multiple tasks and activities in a time-sensitive environment.

  • The coordinator will ensure that onsite event activities are performed according to established processes and systems.
  • They will book venues for offsite activities or social events and provide emergency support as needed.
  • The coordinator must set up training facilities correctly and manage equipment at these locations.
  • Effective communication with instructors and vendors through written and spoken correspondence is essential.
  • The Language Coordinator will schedule instructor dates and timings in line with the training calendar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Assistance to trainers and customers with Training Administration issues via phone and email is a key responsibility.
  • The coordinator will provide resolutions and scheduling options to customers.
  • They will gather additional information about reported issues.
  • Detailed case analysis and documentation in the system, generating tickets as necessary.
  • Generating daily and weekly reports for customers on Microsoft Excel.
  • Performing Training Management activities on Learning Management Systems:
  • Enrollment, class scheduling, cancellation/rescheduling, evaluating class profitability, coordinating vendor readiness, communicating with delegates and vendors, feedback analysis, purchase order generation, and maintaining basic financial reports.

This position requires a well-organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹400,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
