The CRM Expert mission revolves around project management and digitalization in the commercial area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, organizing, and facilitating workshops
  • Performing gap analysis between requirements and solutions
  • Developing and executing project plans, schedules, and team management
  • Providing key user training

All activities must be conducted in compliance with IT General Compliance rules and SOX regulations applied across the group.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud and legacy system migration
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce Integration tools
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Migration using Data Loader and ETL platforms
  • Experience working with Manufacturing industry requirements or similar complex industries (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including code quality, security, governor limits, and scalability
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Sales Cloud) are highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of Salesforce experience
  • Fluent English language skills
