We are seeking a skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. As an expert in sourcing and evaluating private companies, you will play a key role in identifying promising businesses across sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching private companies through databases, industry insights, and professional networks.
  • Developing sector overviews to spot high-potential businesses across growth and late-stage segments.
  • Engaging with entrepreneurs, founders, and advisors to explore potential investment opportunities.
  • Analyzing financial statements, governance, and compliance of shortlisted companies.
  • Preparing comprehensive screening reports, teasers, and pipeline dashboards for the investment committee.
  • Establishing connections with bankers, intermediaries, and ecosystem players to generate proprietary deal flow.
  • Staying up-to-date on regulatory requirements, demat procedures, and pipeline for potential listings.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
  • A solid understanding of financial statements, valuation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills to engage stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, with high attention to detail and initiative in sourcing opportunities.
