We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. As a result, we're looking for a Senior Manager to join our team who will handle marketplaces business for brands, preferably fashion.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller Panels, and OMS - Univommerce/ Vinculum/ Incref.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling marketplaces business for brands, preferably fashion
  • Working knowledge of Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller Panels, and OMS - Univommerce/ Vinculum/ Incref
  • Leading PnL calculation and converting this understanding to meaningful day-to-day decisions
  • Lead a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and number crunching to make executive decisions
  • Strong understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Strong internal stakeholder management
  • Understanding of AI tools to aid marketplace business, SQL, Python etc
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketplaces or similar field
