Senior Infrastructure Leader Job

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced professional to lead our platform and infrastructure team. This role demands a high level of organizational skills, IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge, and the ability to drive process excellence.

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of network and cloud administrators, develop scalable processes, and ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across our client portfolio. This includes driving operational efficiency, maintaining strong customer relationships through a consultative approach, and ensuring all engagements are executed with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency by maturing processes for reliability, scalability, and consistency.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration across platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring service expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers)
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
  • University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.
