The Role:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of our Finance team, working closely with commercial teams to drive business growth and collaboration with franchise partners. You will support contract execution, timely updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with commercial teams to drive Franchise business and liaison with franchise business partners on timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Supporting contract execution, timely updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting, partnering, and enabling AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, and Pricing.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Following up with partners for payment collection and monitoring overdue payments.
  • Cross-verifying royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with the contracts.
  • Supporting in validating partner-reported data and highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Assisting DBSI with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing of entries.
  • Acting as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing business context for timely resolution of queries.
  • Preparing finance committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g., Franchise BPM).
  • Fulfilling various ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Working closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities.
  • External and Internal Audit Liaison.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
