About the Role

As a Business Finance expert, you'll be one among a talented team working in domains such as Financial Planning, Business Strategy, Treasury Management, and Taxation.

You will get a chance to work closely with some of the sharpest minds from the finance industry, and solve complex challenges.

  • Business Planning and Control
  • Translate business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans
  • Provide relevant financial support to enable effective planning while applying moderate budgeting and forecasting techniques
  • Financial Modelling, analysis and problem root causing
  • Adapting market or industry best practices for the organization. Training teams and building organizational capability.
  • References external benchmarks to provide context for business performance.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and model financial scenarios using simulation tools, business case development, financial analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Business & Stakeholder management and Decision making
  • Gaining commitment and buy-in for strategies by demonstrating their impact on organizational results.
What You Will Need
  • Minimum 4 yrs of Business Finance experience , Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders
