Job Description:

As a senior architectural leader, you will spearhead the design and execution of high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Your expertise will drive innovation in building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Supervise project progress, conduct site visits, and coordinate with contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior architects and manage project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling premium architecture projects.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end design and execution of luxury or high-end projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling abilities.
