Are you ready to revolutionize the way brands interact with customers in the rapid-delivery space? We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager who will drive strategic and operational excellence behind how brands show up on Q-commerce platforms.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires expertise in end-to-end planning, platform strategy, creative integration, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will have hands-on exposure to quick commerce platforms or online marketplaces and a strong understanding of how FMCG/CPG brands operate in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the in-house expert on Q-commerce platforms and advise clients on platform-specific strategy, positioning, assortment, and promotional plans
  • Work closely with content, design, and media teams to craft optimized listings, promo creatives, and campaign plans
  • Analyze platform data, sales metrics, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and drive ROI
  • Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes for Q-commerce excellence across client portfolios
  • Liaise with platform partners and stay ahead of updates, tools, and trends

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, brand/retail strategy, or shopper marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on exposure to quick commerce platforms or online marketplaces
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data into strategic insights
  • Excellent collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and stakeholders
