Job Title: Power BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our organization in the role of Power BI Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and reports that support decision-making across the organization.

  • Built Interactive Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Transformed Datasets: Connect, import, and transform large datasets from various sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.).
  • Optimized Data Models: Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborated With Business Teams: Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver customized BI solutions.
  • Maintained Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security within Power BI reports.
  • Automated Data Refreshes: Automate data refreshes and manage Power BI Service workspaces, apps, and permissions.
  • Supported Existing Reports: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing reports and dashboards.
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI/Data Visualization role.
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Power BI Service).
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Data Modeling: Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Excel and other BI/analytics tools is mandatory
