MEP Project Manager

Plan, Coordinate and Execute MEP Services

This role involves the end-to-end management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for projects from conception to completion.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in conjunction with project stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the design and execution of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee site operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure timely completion of work packages.
  • Verify contractor performance, manage quality control processes, and address any deviations or issues promptly.
  • Ensure effective communication among cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate commissioning, testing, and handover activities, ensuring smooth transition to operational phases.

Requirements Skills & Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation in MEP services, along with excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Excel, and project scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with industry codes like IS/NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and local building norms.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates with hands-on experience in real estate or infrastructure projects, along with exposure to green building systems (LEED/IGBC), will have a competitive edge.
