Job Title: Performance Marketer

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience running successful paid campaigns, managing substantial budgets and driving measurable results across various platforms.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze KPIs, ROAS and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
  • Insights & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Ensure optimal ROI for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content.
  • Brand Initiatives: Work closely with the brand team to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Expertise: Proven experience handling annual budgets.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-Commerce Marketplace Platforms, Google Analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization and attribution modeling.
  • Creative Input: Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for creative collaboration.
