Job Description:

As a Product Development Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating with global and local teams to achieve business plans. This involves deploying new products and ensuring effective records management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new product development, tenders, and special projects to achieve company strategic business objectives.
  • Deploy newly developed products from order placement to dispatch.
  • Source raw materials with optimal specifications, pricing, and delivery.
  • Develop accurate costing models with cost-effective production processes and raw material sourcing.
  • Establish an efficient records and file management system for data and design accuracy.
  • Conduct regular product development meetings with global/local teams to enhance conversion rates of samples to bulk.
  • Maintain strong customer and product knowledge, collaborating across functions to ensure seamless item setup and accuracy.
  • Provide consistent information between departments (Design, Quality, CS).
  • Lead product re-engineering programs to increase profit margins and operational efficiency by working closely with global/local teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, environmental impact notifications, and proper use of safety equipment and procedures.
