Senior Data Scientist Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that enhance customer engagement, retention, and growth.

  • Model Development: Develop predictive analytics, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and campaign performance models.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to operationalize models into platforms and workflows.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Statistical Analysis & Model Validation

  • Apply statistical analysis techniques to generate insights and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Validate existing models using end-to-end QA checks before sign-off.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in data science, model validation, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
