We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics. This role involves collaborating directly with client stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and configuring solutions based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define business and technical requirements through discovery sessions.
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics to meet client objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Data mapping, transformation, and integration processes must be executed efficiently.
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support to clients.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing.

Proficiency in SQL is essential, with ETL/data transformation knowledge being a valuable bonus. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are also required.

Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience working with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical mindset and communication skills.
