Job Description

A high-impact IT project manager plays a pivotal role in driving business objectives forward. They collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational ambitions.

This key professional leads the project team in executing the project plan, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery and maximum ROI.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including Agile delivery. They should also have cost and budget management expertise, with experience in detailed financial tracking and ongoing status reporting to stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the project team in executing the project plan, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Budget Management: Maintain budgetary responsibility of the project(s), including developing and issuing RFPs for vendor selection.
  • Cost Savings: Implement cost-saving measures based on planning and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and intended outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources across projects, managing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
  • Performance Tracking: Track ongoing program performance throughout using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring that the program delivers the expected benefits.
