Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead tax due diligence and structuring services for middle-market US clients.

This role requires a skilled professional with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tax transaction services
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. Big 4 or national firm experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagements
  • Communicating tax findings confidently and effectively
  • Creating tailored models and reports based on client needs
