Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Services Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of transportation professionals to ensure timely deployment of vehicles and efficient route allocation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure timely deployment of vehicles and efficient route allocation
    • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Customer Delight:
    • Monitor associate-related escalations and ensure prompt resolution
    • Take a proactive approach to reviews and discrepancy reporting
    • Participate in customer engagement programs to foster positive relationships
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Lead by example and embody the company's values and culture
    • Foster open and collaborative relationships with peers, managers, and clients
    • Communicate effectively through written and oral communication
