Transport Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the efficient operation of our transportation services. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles depart on time, monitoring kilometre readings, and logging staff boarding and pick-up times.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a 24/7 transport helpdesk, providing call logging services, handling queries and concerns, and communicating with the Transport Helpdesk via radio when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification in Business Administration or related field, experience in employee transport, ETS, and basic knowledge of the city/state.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and people-oriented leadership quality are essential for this role. Serving as a liaison among teams, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports, monitor and report cases of speeding and other incidents to the Transport Helpdesk, and maintain a record of important transport-related phone numbers.
A strong drive toward excellence is essential for this position, as you will be working with premier talents and innovators in the industry.
