The Program Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Life Skills Programs across assigned schools.
This role requires a passionate and experienced individual to collaborate with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure smooth program delivery.
Responsibilities include overseeing implementation timelines, ensuring successful program delivery, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development:
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure program quality and participate in strategy planning.
- Support marketing and operations strategies and rollouts.
- Program Implementation:
- Oversee implementation of Life Skills Programs at assigned schools.
- Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
- School Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
- Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schools during implementation.
- Program Delivery:
- Ensure smooth program delivery at schools.
- Conduct classes for students as needed.
- Teacher Support:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
- Data Collection and Reporting:
- Collect data on program implementation and impact.
