Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive service contracts specialist to manage activities related to service contracts, including maintenance and invoicing processes. This role ensures compliance with NCR Voyix guidelines and maintains all necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate order processing and billing activities for service contracts.
  2. Supervise and manage daily tasks of the customer advocacy team.
  3. Maintain and update equipment databases, including movements, additions, and cancellations.
  4. Manage invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and revenue recognition criteria.
  5. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  6. Perform monthly reconciliation and reporting of revenue data.
  7. Handle archiving and record retention in accordance with company policies.
  8. Provide support for internal and external audits as required.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across various levels of the organization.
  • A high sense of urgency and accountability.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English is mandatory. Japanese proficiency is also required.
