Branch Leadership Position

Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Branch Head

Location: Pune, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall operations of our Commercial Real Estate Branch Office. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role for a professional who can independently manage the branch's revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Leadership & P&L Ownership: Manage the branch's revenue goals and ensure effective business operations.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Marketing & Enquiry Generation: Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Property Inventory & Operations: Oversee property inventory and operations, including asset management and maintenance.
  • HR & Administration Oversight: Manage HR and administrative functions, including employee relations, benefits, and payroll.
  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10–15 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in a city-level leadership role managing both sales and support functions.
  • Industry: Experience in commercial real estate is preferable, but other industries such as co-working/managed office operators, corporate facility management services, or business centers/commercial interior solutions may also be considered.
  • Education: Graduate/MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred).
