We are seeking a seasoned Financial Services Cloud expert to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge solutions for wealth management, banking, and financial services businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, configuring, and optimizing Financial Services Cloud features. Their responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and configuring Financial Services Cloud to support business processes.
  • Customizing and extending FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Configuring client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC.
  • Integrating FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Providing ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a solid understanding of Financial Services Cloud's data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management. They should also be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft) is highly desirable. A strong background in Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules is essential.

Candidates with experience in Wealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domain processes, as well as knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins), Agile/Scrum delivery environments, and Salesforce FSC Certification or equivalent qualifications, will be given preference. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and client-facing skills. Immediate availability is mandatory.
