About the Role:

  • Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Overview:

  • We seek a seasoned Salesforce expert to lead end-to-end solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical strategy for Salesforce implementation.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization.
  • Review vendor deliverables and enforce coding standards.
  • Facilitate joint solutioning workshops and technical reviews.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Deployments.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
