Quality Assurance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Lead. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring software quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans in collaboration with the development team.
  • Create complex test data sets for testing and identify opportunities for automation or manual execution.
  • Execute tests (manual/Automated) and suggest improvements on the automation framework.
  • Report defects, assist in their understanding, and analyze test results to track software testing metrics.
  • Collaborate with product developers, direct manager, and engineering peers to develop effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in Software Testing – Manual & Automation and Quality Assurance practice.
  • Exposure to Trade Finance platforms and expertise in different types of Functional and Non-Functional testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Selenium Webdrivers, TestNG, and other relevant code libraries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Financial Services knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a changing environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changes in requirements, learn new tools and practices, and demonstrate high attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
