**Senior QA Automation Specialist Wanted**

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Specialist with a strong background in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in test automation frameworks, deep knowledge of Salesforce testing tools, and familiarity with banking workflows supported by nCino.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Test Automation Frameworks
  • Create, Maintain, and Execute Automation Test Scripts
  • Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners
  • Perform End-to-End Testing of nCino Modules
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and Integrations
  • Ensure Test Coverage Across UI, API, Data, and Performance Testing
  • Define and Track Quality Metrics
  • Mentor Junior QA Team Members
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, QA Automation-focused).
  • nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
