Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist to partner with internal teams and development groups to design and develop technical processes for continuous integration and deployment of high-priority projects.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product, Engineering, and Architecture, to provide the right level of agility within a defined delivery process.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong CI/CD skills, be forward-thinking, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a diverse team, striving for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design and develop enterprise-class distributed CI/CD tools/systems.
  • Lead automation/integration efforts for end-user onboarding in enterprise systems (CI/CD Tools).
  • Interact with customers to analyze, validate, specify, verify, document, and manage solution requirements.
  • Experience with .Net, Python, Java development frameworks, public/private cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and Automation/Continuous Integration tools (Terraform, SonarQube, Jenkins, BitBucket, Harness).
  • Implement and support large Nexus Repository Management environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Relevant work experience delivering and supporting enterprise customer-facing solutions.
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise-class distributed CI/CD tools/systems.
  • Experience leading the designing and developing enterprise-class distributed CI/CD tools/systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in highly regulated industries.
  • Previous Development/System Engineering experience in heterogeneous environments.
  • Working knowledge of automation and configuration management tools like Salt, Ansible, etc.
  • Experience managing multiple technology projects and teams simultaneously.
