Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Excellence: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing finance team by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional financial acumen and business acumen.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity requirements, optimize cash resources, and implement cash management strategies to ensure adequate funding for ongoing operations.
  • Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related field, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights.
