Role Overview -

  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan in alignment with government policies and internal organisational goals. Always have customer centric approach.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the public sector and with corporates in India
  • Ensure sustainable growth by expanding into new markets/geographies in India, Strategic Partnerships and Alliances
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, ministries, and regulatory bodies
  • Advocate for favourable policies and regulations that benefit the company and the broader transportation/infrastructure sector
  • Implement robust project management frameworks to manage risks and ensure compliance with government regulations. Digital Transformation and Innovation
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Interact with Government agencies for tender bidding/RFP and convince them for securing the business
  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources to maximize returns on investment. Besides further drive Digital Transformation and Innovation to optimize the efforts.
  • Drive operational efficiency and excellence across all functions, including operations, , procurement and maintenance.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. Drive ESG and Sustainability Initiatives
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
  • Closely work with CFO and Promotors and have road shows with investors and update them on the business 


Experience:

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading infrastructure projects in collaboration with government agencies.
  • Extensive experience in government relations, public policy, and regulatory affairs in India.
  • Strong experience in B2G Sector
  • Experience dealing with the investors

  • Financial acumen and experience in managing large budgets and funding mechanisms.
