Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead our design projects from concept development through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present project design proposals that meet client expectations.
  • Adjust designs and plans according to the chief architect's vision.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D elevation and interior design renders.
  • Ability to control projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present project proposals to clients.
