Job Title: Cash Order Execution Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the entire cash order execution process and optimize its performance. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of this critical business function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices from local and international sources through our accounts receivable systems with precision and accuracy.
- Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders and external parties to address queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the AR function and implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for various AR activities, including policies, procedures, and process documents.
- Create a centralized knowledge database to facilitate learning and development among team members.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash process.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and result-oriented skills.
- Domain expertise and familiarity with SAP and Concur systems are highly desirable.
