Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators for Pre-Primary and Primary grades. Our unique teaching approach ensures a single teacher provides individualized care, education, and close monitoring of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a mentor and guide for students in early grades, fostering emotional, social, and academic growth.
  • Teach core subjects like Literacy, Numeracy, EVS, and Rhymes for Pre-Primary, and English, Math, Science, and Social Studies for Primary.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that encourage curiosity and creativity.
  • Maintain a warm and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
  • Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Montessori training and experience in early childhood or primary teaching.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a passion for child development and hands-on teaching.
  • Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about interactive learning.
