**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Act as a **mentor and guide** for students in early grades, ensuring emotional, social, and academic growth.
- Develop and implement **age-appropriate lesson plans** that encourage curiosity and creativity.
- Maintain a **warm and nurturing classroom environment** where children feel safe and valued.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide **constructive feedback** to parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents through **PTMs, progress reports, and daily interactions**.
- Use innovative **teaching-learning materials (TLMs), storytelling, and interactive activities** to make learning fun.
- Ensure classroom **discipline and active engagement** of students in co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to create a **holistic learning experience**.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed/D.Ed/Montessori training preferred).
**Experience in early childhood or primary teaching** is an advantage.
Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
Passionate about **child development and hands-on teaching**.
Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about **interactive learning**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
