As a Full Stack Python Developer specializing in providing internships to degree students, your role will involve creating a dynamic and hands-on learning experience for students pursuing degrees in relevant fields. You will be responsible for guiding interns through real-world projects, offering mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment that facilitates skill development and professional growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Internship Program Development**:

- Design and structure a comprehensive internship program that aligns with the academic curriculum and provides practical, industry-relevant experience.
- Create a roadmap for interns, outlining key learning objectives and project milestones.
- **Full Stack Development**:

- Provide guidance on front-end and back-end development, emphasizing best practices and efficient coding techniques.
- **Hands-On Project Work**:

- Conduct regular code reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance coding skills.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Act as a mentor, providing guidance on software development principles, coding standards, and industry best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where interns feel comfortable seeking assistance and sharing ideas.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Ensure interns maintain thorough documentation of their project work, including code comments, project specifications, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to program coordinators and academic advisors on interns' performance and achievements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to supplement interns' technical skills and enhance their professional development.
- Share insights into industry trends, tools, and methodologies to keep interns informed about the latest advancements.

- Coordinate with external partners, guest speakers, and professionals to enrich the internship experience.
