Project Management Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of payroll and SaaS implementation projects. This role involves planning, managing, and executing projects within designated timelines while ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end global payroll implementations project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, scope documents, and requirement specifications.
  • Define project scope based on the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and establish processes for managing scope, quality, performance standards, and risk assessment.
  • Identify and allocate necessary resources, develop and maintain a resource management plan, and actively monitor for potential risks.
  • Manage client expectations, act as the primary contact for client stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project status and changes.
  • Ensure that all client business requirements are documented and align with the configuration team to ensure timely delivery and evaluation of configuration and unit testing.
  • Coordinate data dictionary and wage type catalog requirements with the integration team and oversee system integration testing and ensure client sign-off on results.
  • Oversee and supervise all testing processes, define and enforce testing methodologies, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure comprehensive test planning and execution.
  • Develop and execute a structured training plan to educate clients on system functionalities, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project status reporting and maintain up-to-date documentation of project progress, key milestones, and identified risks.
  • Manage change management in accordance with established change management processes and ensure Hypercare exit criteria are met.

This is a 6 months contractual role that can be extended based on performance.
